Making a Difference

CCC has supported young people through vocational training, volunteering, work experience and community projects, helping them gain valuable skills and progress towards employment or further education.

Our previous programmes have included training 25 young adults aged 18–25, with 18 progressing into employment, alongside work experience opportunities for 40 young people in 2026.

We aim to create a safe and encouraging space where young people feel valued, included and inspired to succeed.
