You Are Not Alone – Help, Safety and Support Are Available

At Creative and Connected Communities CIC (CCC), we provide confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental support to individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse or violence.

We have supported women and children fleeing domestic abuse, helping them access safe accommodation, protection and essential services. We also provide advice and guidance to men experiencing domestic abuse, ensuring they understand their options and where to seek specialist support.

We understand how difficult it can be to speak about abuse. Our team provides a safe and supportive environment where individuals can discuss their circumstances, understand their rights and explore their options without pressure or judgement.

What Is Domestic Abuse?

Domestic abuse is not always physical. It can include emotional, psychological, sexual, financial or physical abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, coercive control and isolation from family or friends.

Abuse can affect anyone, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, disability or background.

You do not have to wait until violence occurs to ask for help.
