What We Do

— Community Engagement & Forums

Forums and meetings with local communities to empower local people to have a greater influence over local decision making and service delivery by increasing the strength, capacity and engagement of local community.

— Wellbeing Hub for Vulnerable communities

Support groups and activities for vulnerable communities especially mental health issues and those who are lonely and isolated.

— Training & Workshop

Providing training, workshops and volunteering opportunities for community and voluntary organisations.

— One on One Advice & Support

Our Information and advice service enable people, carers and families to take control of, and make well-informed choices about their Care and Support. We provide one to one support which is caters to each individuals needs and e helps to promote people’s Wellbeing by increasing their ability to exercise choice and control

— Culture, Arts & Heritage Development

This project strengthens our creative talent and organisations, and to start to unlock the untapped potential of art, culture and heritage in Ealing, Hounslow Hillingdon and neighbouring Boroughs. It is a collaboratively designed programme between local Artists, Culture, art and heritage organisations with the intention of safeguarding the future of the cultural and creative industries locally, nationally and internationally.

— Employment Support & Volunteering

The project offers advice and support to people who are interested in trying volunteering as a way of helping them towards paid work. The project aims to improve people’s chances of getting a paid job by supporting them in a suitable volunteering opportunity. Taking part in volunteering may help to build confidence, communication skills and experience of the world of work, and strengthen work-related abilities such as time-keeping, punctuality and dealing with other people.

Who We Are

Creative and Connected Communities is a not for profit organisation.

We are a small organisation with a big impact based in Southall, West London that came into existence to provide art related opportunities and activities for vulnerable people due to mental health issues, loneliness and isolation, language needs and other reasons. We have been in existence over three years and have forged collaborations between Voluntary and community sector, artists, cultural art and heritage organisations, Local Health organisations including GP’s, Local projects, Government organisations including local authorities, museums, charities, individuals, local artists, art galleries, theatres and more.
